Bigcommunity hospitals were in full support of the president’s Health Care ReformBill. Now they want a ban on new competition as their payback. The healthoverhaul was of course supposed to be about expanding coverage to the uninsuredand slowing down the inexorable rise in health care costs, though the secondgoal was more talk than reality.
