More from Florida
Pam Bondi, the attorney general of Florida, wrote
an interesting opinion piece that appeared in the Wall Street Journal.
She gives a chronology of the problems with the passage of Washington’s big health care bill and predicts that with the swearing-in of new elected officials around the country, we will see more states join the lawsuits filed against that legislation.
As you may remember, Florida is where a court case was filed by a number of states challenging the constitutionality of the health care law.
If Ms. Bondi’s predictions are correct, we may be witnessing a snowball effect of legal and legislative momentum to repeal and replace this onerous law.
